Training at Redbridge The school is committed to enduring all staff continually upgrade their skills and knowledge in special educational needs and the specialist areas which we provide for.

The school has been awarded the Investors in People Standard in recognition of our commitment to staff development.

Many teaching staff hold additional qualifications relating to SEN and support staff are provided with an annual programme of training to ensure skill levels are maintained.

We also provide training placements for trainee teachers, student nurses and NVQ candidates.
