Message of Christmas

As I am sure you are aware Redbridge released its own Christmas song to sell over the festive period. Message of Christmas was a huge success and provided great publicity for the school and its pupils and raised a total of £7286.31 towards the fund for new playground equipment. It did this through a mixture of download sales of the song, streaming plays of the song and from generous donations to the Just Giving page.

The song was recorded by staff and students at Elevator Studios who donated their facilities for free. The song had its own film to promote it which was made by Charlotte Hall of Liverpool Hope University and was viewed many times on YouTube. The school was featured on Radio City, Radio Merseyside and BBC Northwest Tonight where after the show their Facebook page feature on the song was viewed a staggering 1.4 million times! All that is left to say is a huge thank you to all who were involved in and who generously supported this unique project.
