Prospectus "Transport"
Transport
The Education Authority provides free transport for all the pupils. This varies according to the needs of the individual child.
The modes of transport are as follows:-
Minibus
Parents are required to be waiting with their child at the required time at the pick up point in the morning and in the afternoon to collect them. Some mini-busses pick up from the home address. If required, mini-buses are fitted with tail-lifts for non-ambulant pupils.
Taxis
Where door to door transport is necessary.
If a student is attending a Further Education College on a part-time basis and can go direct from home, the student can travel to the college from home in the home/school transport.
